Team Members
Team Members lets you invite people to your organization and control what they can access.
Understanding Roles
There are three organization-level roles:
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full control, including billing and organization deletion |
| Admin | Manage workspaces, invite members, configure settings. Automatic access to all workspaces |
| Member | View organization info and access assigned workspaces only |
Inviting a Team Member
- Go to Organization Settings > Team Members
- Click Invite member
- Enter the member's details:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Select an organization role
- If the role is Member, configure workspace permissions
- Click Send invite

Support (Helpdesks)
The invite dialog has two tabs: Engage (Marketing & CRM) and Support (Helpdesks).
To grant Help Desk access:
- Set the organisation role to Member (Help Desk operators must be Members).
- Open Support (Helpdesks).
- Select one or more help desks and Assigned Departments.
Selecting a help desk automatically grants View on that help desk’s connected workspaces. Organisation owners and admins are Help Desk operators without this step.
Full setup: Enable Help Desk.
Workspace Permissions (for Members)
When inviting a Member, you choose what workspaces they can access and at what level:
| Permission | What they can do |
|---|---|
| No Access | Cannot see or access the workspace |
| View | Read-only access |
| Edit | Create and modify content |
| Delete | Edit and delete content |
| Admin | Full control of the workspace |
⚠️ Note:
Owners and Admins automatically have full access to all workspaces. You don't need to configure workspace permissions for them.
