From Addresses

From Addresses (also called Sender Identities) define who emails appear to come from. Proper configuration helps with deliverability and brand recognition.

Viewing Sender Identities​

  1. Go to Organization Settings > From Addresses
  2. View all configured sender identities

Creating a Sender Identity​

  1. Click Add Sender Identity
  2. Enter:
    • Name: Display name recipients will see
    • Email: The email address to send from
  3. Verify the email address if required
  4. Click Save

Email Verification​

Some email providers require domain verification before you can send from a custom address.

Verification Steps​

  1. Add the sender identity
  2. Check for a verification email in your inbox
  3. Click the verification link
  4. Return to Conviso to confirm the status

⚠️ Important:
Check your email provider's documentation for specific domain verification requirements (SPF, DKIM, DMARC records).

Managing Sender Identities​

For each sender identity, you can:

  • Edit the display name
  • Delete identities you no longer need
  • Set as default for a workspace
