Welcome to Conviso
This guide simplifies the initial setup process to get you started quickly. You'll learn how to create a workspace, configure messaging channels, and add people.
How Conviso Works
In Conviso, most of your time will go into building and managing campaigns that deliver the right messages to the right people. But the real power of Conviso comes when your data is fully integrated and the platform becomes the core of your messaging and martech stack. By sending your data into Conviso, enriching it, and distributing it to the channels where you activate it, you can streamline your workflow and focus on your overall communication strategy—without switching between multiple tools.
Browser Support
Before you start using Conviso, ensure your browser is compatible! We actively test our interface on the latest two major versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari.
Other browsers or older versions might still work, but if you encounter any issues with the interface, we recommend updating your browser or switching to a supported one to rule out browser-related problems.

Data Sources: Importing People and Information into Conviso
While adding people and data to Conviso manually is always an option, the platform is most effective when external data sources are fully integrated. For instance, integrating a website with Conviso allows for the identification of audiences and the delivery of messages based on specific site activities. Understanding the origins of data, even for non-developers, is essential for coordinating with the necessary teams within an organization to ensure Conviso receives the required information.
Common data sources include:
-
Websites: Integration is possible via provided JavaScript or server-side libraries.
-
Mobile Applications: Connectivity is maintained through available mobile SDKs. Developers should start with the Mobile E2E integration guide (Flutter, Android, iOS, and React Native).
-
Backend Databases: Information can be synced using Reverse ETL integrations.
