My Profile Details

Manage your personal profile information that's displayed across the Conviso platform.

Accessing Your Profile​

  1. Go to Personal Settings
  2. Select the My Profile Details tab

Profile Information​

First Name​

Your first name is displayed:

  • In the header when you're logged in
  • In team member lists
  • In audit logs and activity history

Last Name​

Your last name appears alongside your first name in:

  • Team member listings
  • Notifications sent to other team members
  • Account-related communications

Email Address​

Your email address is used for:

  • Logging in to your account
  • Receiving notifications and alerts
  • Password reset requests

⚠️ Note:
Your email address cannot be changed from this page. Contact your organization administrator if you need to update your email.

Updating Your Profile​

  1. Edit your First name or Last name
  2. Click Save Changes
  3. Your profile is updated immediately

Form Validation​

The form requires:

Last nameRequired, minimum 2 characters
